Booking & Cancellation Policies
- Smoking is prohibited on the premises!
- All room prices include Continental breakfast Buffet (served the next morning)
- The above rates are based on single or double occupancy, quote in Canadian dollars and subject to 5% GST.
- A credit card is required at time of booking to secure the reservation. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior the date of arrival. Should there be a cancellation within 72 hours of the arrival date (3 days) or failure to arrive, we reserve the right to charge one night on your credit card.
- Stays of 3 nights or more, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation policy is of 14 days (2 weeks) prior arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Should there be a cancellation within 2 weeks of the scheduled arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Your room requests are welcome and we will always do our upmost to accommodate the requested rooms, but to optimize our occupancy, we reserve the right to assign the rooms.
Christmas Holiday policy
- Bookings confirmed during the above mentioned dates, a 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking. Should there be a cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be a total forfeit. Should the cancellation be received prior to the 30 day of the arrival date, the deposit will be returned in full.
