The Guest House includes the use of a large fully equipped kitchen. You get the whole top floor of the house for yourselves. Jacuzzi hot tub, wi-fi, parking, garage, back yard, ski boot dryer, and drying rack set in the garage.

The house offers 3 bedrooms (one of which is set with two single beds and can be set as a king bed upon request), each offering its own private bathroom and all the amenities.

Have full access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals. This is your home in the mountains. Only a 15-minute drive from the base of the ski slopes of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and in the heart of 5 national parks.

The owner occupies a private basement suite and can be seen looking after the ground and house maintenance during your stay.

Payment policy;   A 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Payment is requested by email money transfer, using aubergebnb@telus.net For out of country bookings a credit card (VISA and MC) will be accepted.

When using the booking system from the BOOK NOW button, the credit card information requested will only be held as a guarantee.

Cancellation policy:  

• If cancellation is more than 4 weeks prior to scheduled arrival the deposit will be refunded less $50 administration charge.
• If cancellation is between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you get back 50% of the cost. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited in full. unless the house can be booked again for the same period as the original booking.
• If you shorten your booking within 4 weeks of arrival, 100% of the accommodation cost will still be charged unless the house can be booked for those nights.
• If cancellation is less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival 100% of the accommodation cost will be charged.
• All cancellations must be in writing. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance in case of cancellation.
